Back when I was in retail and feeling in desperate need of a meaningful project, a regular customer came in my store and out of the blue asked one of the girls if she knew anybody who quilted. My ears were twitching like mad when I heard her reply "no" and before she could finish that single word, I heard myself say "I quilt" and just like that, game on.

Short version is that he didn't really know what he wanted other than a king size quilt, to be used, with his brand on it. I don't think this is how either of us even thought it would turn out, but I like it and even better, my client raves on it!
